Seattle Maintenance Solutions came out and gave me a bid for some landscape work. They were extremely professional, there price was perfect! I hired them for landscape maintenance. I used Seattle Maintenance to clean-up a large commercial building that I own. They cleaned up trash, branches, weeds, dead plants etc. They came in and re-barked all the landscape beds, planted new shrubs. They did an AMAZING job. This is one company I would use over and over. I am going to tell everyone I know how great this company did. I was so happy. Before they came my place was a mess. When they Left it was beautiful! I now use them for maintenance, on the landscaping, and janitorial, I use them for snow removal and lot sweeping. I even have them maintain my own home! I had Seattle Maintenance Solutions re-do my entire landscape. They installed new grass, a sprinkler system, and new plants and bushes. My home looks like a park. I just love being outside. I was referred to Seattle Maintenance Solutions by a friend of mine who used them to install landscaping and irrigation. I looked at several companies before choosing Seattle Maintenance Solutions. And I can tell you they had the most knowledgeable estimators and staff out of any company I have ever used. They built me a multi terraced retaining wall with lawn and flag stone patio; they installed plants and a weather matic irrigation system which is excellent. They built an arbor, and waterfall for out door entertaining and a beautiful treks deck to surround our spa. The property and drive way were lit up with a copper lighting system that allows beautiful lighting at night, in the center of our flagstone patio they installed a fire pit for late night get togethers. I have to say they were at my property for a month And I could not have had a better experience. Seattle Maintenance Solutions just finished my landscaping and it is PERFECT! I had a retaining wall put in, an irrigation system installed and many beautiful plants put in. I have my weekly maintenance through them and they have never once disappointed. I could not be happier to recommend them more!!! We had our property completely landscaped By Seattle Maintenance Solutions. They had 3 of the nicest guys work on our property for a week. They built walls, installed lawns and drains, completely designed the planting beds, they brought in the perfect plants for the landscape they designed, and they built a beautiful flag stone patio.
