Sometimes our customers will occasionally schedule an extra project cleaning or special projects. In addition to regular home maintenance we would spend additional time doing projects that are not always included in the weekly maintenance programs such as:

Special Occasion Cleaning

This service is a modified "Deep Clean" job. The customer specifies projects or cleaning to help them prepare for:

  • vacations
  • house clean-outs
  • guests, etc...

Move-In or Move-Out Cleaning

These cleanings vary greatly based on how the homeowner has maintained a home. Our basic move-in or move-out cleaning will include some or all of the following:

Full cleaning of bathrooms including tub, shower, sinks, toilets, floors, mirrors, light fixtures, baseboards, shower heads, inside & out of cabinets and cupboards.

Full clean of kitchen area including inside and out of cabinets (washed and oiled), inside and out of all appliances including oven and refrigerator, countertops, microwave, oven, sink and floor.

Full cleaning of other rooms includes vacuuming and dusting of all window sills and remaining carpeted areas and wash all floors.

We also provide carpet cleaning and pet spot removal.

We know that some project may be time sensitive and we have emergency service available..

Customized Cleaning Schedules

This is our signature service. We provide weekly, bi-weekly or monthly interior maintenance of your home.  This includes all vacuuming, floor cleaning, cleaning bathrooms, and countertops, dusting, washing of mirrors and sinks. All bathrooms and kitchen are thoroughly cleaned at each visit.
